Airport
The new “Blaise Diagne International Airport” is 45 km from Dakar. Please allow 90 to 120 minutes to get there.
Reception (337) can coordinate your transfer to the airport. We recommend that you book a taxi in advance.
Directions
On the day of your arrival, your room is ready by 3 pm
or earlier based on customer departures.
Start
The room must be released at 1 pm If you want to extend
this period, please contact the manager (332). For any departure after this
schedule, we reserve the right to charge an additional charge –
shut up. A special unbilled waiver can be granted for a
departure at 16:30 mn at the latest on condition of notifying the manager at
332, 24 hours in advance.
Air
For your convenience, you’ll find in your room a thermostat
allowing you to adjust the temperature. Please do not settle below
20 ° Centigrade.
Safe
We recommend that you deposit any valuables and passports
in the trunk of your room. The hotel declines all responsibility for
any valuables that are not deposited in the safe.

Parking spaces are available. The concierge (337) is at
your disposal for any information. Please respect the location
assigned to you.
Security
For your personal security, we recommend locking
your door with the latch and identify any visitor.
The security of the Residence is assured 24 hours a day by professional security guards
and by receptionists training.
Laundry service
We offer a laundry service for your clothes (che –
put on, cotton pants, underwear and socks) from Monday to Saturday
except public holidays and Sunday (see sheet and fixed price charged per bag).
A laundry bag and a plug are in your bedroom cupboard and
to be handed to floor staff before 9:00 am.
Your linen will be returned from 18:00 or the next day. An iron
and an ironing board are at your disposal free of charge. Thank you
to contact the Concierge (337) if necessary.
Change
The change can be made by the manager (332) preferably at hours
business, otherwise contact the receptionist on Sundays and days
holidays.
Pets
Animals are not allowed in the residence.
